Our diary –LONDON 2009

We left Prague on 4th April and travelled all the night. In the morning we crossed the English Channel and saw the white cliffs of Dover. Fantastic!

1st day
	Our coach took us to the Leeds Castle. It was very nice here! At about 5 o`clock we came to London and waited for our English family. When our new „mother“ Mrs Gray came, we went to our new house. There are 4 children in the family – 3 boys and 1 girl. They have got 2 cats and 1 dog.
2nd day
	In the morning we were at school. We had English lessons with English teachers and we understood! Then we took the bus to the Windsor Castle. We didn`t meet the Queen, but the castle is beautiful!!! In the evening we went back to Grays`s family and after dinner we showed them photos of our families.
3rd day
	After the lessons at school we went to the City of London. We crossed the Tower Bridge and visited the Tower. We saw the jewellery and the biggest diamond in the world. It was great! Today we ate jacket potatoes with vegetables and sausages – it was the best dinner!!!
4th day
	It was our last day at school. We practised English again and it was the best day at our school. In the afternoon we went to Brighton, the town is nice and there is a fair with lots of shops. We visited the Sea World. Nice!!! We ate Fish and Chips here. Delicious!!!
5th day
	We left our English family ( we are going to miss them :-( …… !!! We saw many interesting places in London – Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, we were at London Eye and we sailed on the Thames.
